• How does working with you start? With an introduction. You tell us what you want to achieve, we ask questions and think along.
• Do you also work for small businesses? Yes. We work for big brands and for the business around the corner, and give them the same attention.
• What do I need to get started? Mostly an idea of what you want to achieve. Texts, photos or a logo don't have to be ready yet: we help you with those, or we make them together.
• Who do I talk to during the project? The people working on your project. That keeps the lines short, and you always know where things stand.
• Can you take on just part of the work? Yes. Sometimes we build the whole site, sometimes just an integration, a brand identity or a campaign. You decide what you need us for.
• Do you work with our own team or other agencies? Yes. We're happy to work alongside your own people or other parties, such as a marketing agency or your IT supplier.
• What if I'm not happy with the design? Then just say so. We discuss what doesn't feel right and adjust it. That's why we show designs early, so we stay on course together.
